Some Epic Cars I Saw In Wick Today

Panning Photography

This is my first attempt at Panning photography.  Its great fun but i do get some odd looks from people wondering why im taking photo’s of their vehicle.

This is definitely a style that im going to continue with.  The idea is to “capture the motion”.  Freezing the object with a slow shutter speed whilst sweeping the camera in time with the vehicle/person to blur the background. Looking forward to trying this out on things like motorbikes, cycling, football, etc.
